Haag Certified Inspector – Residential Roofs description

The Haag Certified Inspector program for residential roof inspectors (HCI-R) will help you build on your knowledge of damage assessment to residential (steep slope) roofs by teaching you Haag's inspection and damage assessment methods. The HCI-R program focuses on hail, wind, inspection techniques, inspection safety, composition roofs, fiber cement/synthetic roofing materials, tile roofs, slate roofs, wood shake and shingle roofs, metal roofs and repair vs. replacement analysis.  This class is eligible for 18-20 hours of continuing education credit for insurance adjusters, and is eligible for other CE programs as well.

What is Haag Certification?

Haag Engineering and Haag Education certifies that those attendees who have completed the class have verified required work experience, and have completed the entire twenty hours of classroom instruction.  All Haag Certified Inspectors have also passed the corresponding HCI examination to Haag's minimum required standards.
